Our part-time personal assistants offer professional, hands on support for busy working families - providing a blend of household management, administrative assistance, and childcare for up to 37 hours per week. Whether you need help with errands, family scheduling, school admin, or engaging your children in meaningful care and routines, our assistants are trained to step confidently into both roles.

This flexible service is ideal for families seeking a proactive, trustworthy individual who can juggle both behind the scenes logistics and hands on childcare, ensuring the home runs smoothly and children thrive in a structured, nurturing environment.

WHAT WE OFFER:

    Initial Consultation:
  • We’ll arrange a Zoom meeting to understand your family’s needs, routines, and preferences - across both household and childcare requirements.
    Family Profile Creation:
  • We develop a detailed profile outlining your priorities, household needs, and administrative tasks.
    Job Advertisement:
  • Your job is shared with our vetted pool of experienced assistants who meet the specific criteria outlined in your family profile.
    Vetting Process:
  • Each candidate undergoes comprehensive checks, including background and reference checks, certification reviews (including childcare qualifications), and personality screening.
    Profile Matching:
  • We shortlist candidates who align with your requirements and values, and present their profiles for your consideration.
    Interview Coordination:
  • We coordinate interviews between you and the shortlisted candidates at your convenience.
    Final Selection:
  • Once you’ve selected your preferred assistant, we support you through the onboarding and setup process.
