Our ongoing support offers families less than 37 hours of personalised care per week, tailored to suit the unique needs and routines of NDIS participants. Whether you require assistance in the mornings, after school, or on weekends, our team delivers flexible and compassionate support that prioritises your child’s developmental goals, emotional well-being, and daily structure.

This service is ideal for families seeking regular, consistent support that complements their NDIS plan objectives, such as increasing independence, encouraging social engagement, and fostering capacity building skills in a familiar home environment.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Initial Consultation:

• We begin with a comprehensive Zoom consultation to understand your child’s needs, your family’s routines, and your NDIS goals.

Participant Profile Creation:

• We develop a personalised care profile, outlining the child’s age, support needs, strengths, challenges, and preferences.

Targeted Job Advertisement:

• We advertise the role within our pool of highly vetted nannies and support workers, selecting only those who are suited to NDIS related care.

Rigorous Vetting Process:

• All candidates undergo thorough background and reference checks, personality screening, and verification of relevant certifications.

Curated Profile Presentation:

• Families are presented with detailed sitter profiles that align with their needs and the participant’s care goals.

Interview Coordination:

• We organise interviews between your family and shortlisted candidates to ensure the right fit.

Final Sitter Selection:
